The kitchen, designed in collaboration with Cutting Edge Cabinetry, has been beautifully refurbished, featuring a modern design, plus enhanced functionality for a stylish, efficient space—a great area for a homeowner who loves cooking & enjoys entertaining with his family.
Bathroom
A new & elegant bathroom was designed and built with the help of Rare Birds Interiors. The bathroom now has a sleek new shower, modern fixtures, and a refreshed design that elevates the space.
Restored Rimu Floor
Previous renovations had left the beautiful native Rimu looking like patchwork. We carefully integrated some additional recycled Rimu boards with the existing to restore it to its former glory.
White Swan Renovation
On the White Swan Rd property, we took a 2 bedroom home and turned it into a stylish two-storey 4-bedroom sanctuary.
Transforming a single-level home into a multi-level residence is a complex endeavour. Enlisting the expertise of Origin Architecture we together created the downstairs living area, seamlessly integrating this with the upstairs bedrooms & bathroom build.
